Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American performer and actress. The most famous of her roles is her roles in the theatre as well for her role as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. In 2006, she recorded a cover version of the iconic Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon to be used in an edition of Disneymania. A Change in Me, the famous song from the Broadway show of Belle van der Pol musical soundtrack, was written by her due to the character she played in Belle van der Pol.
